In the event of a data security breach, we will notify ANSPDCP (Romanian Data Protection Authority) within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with Art. 33 GDPR. If the breach poses a high risk to your rights, you will be informed directly.
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If necessary, we will ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.
Our services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you discover that a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
