• The site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 years or older • Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice • Use of the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited • Site content is protected by copyright
• All prices are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT • Prices may be changed without prior notice • Product images are for informational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product • Product availability is subject to existing stock • We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered
• The order becomes binding after email confirmation • We accept payments by bank card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery • Online payments are processed securely through authorized providers • We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases • The tax invoice will be issued and transmitted electronically
• We deliver throughout Romania via authorized couriers • Delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on the area • Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart • Free delivery for orders above the threshold shown on the site • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery
• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days • The period begins from the day the products are received • Products must be returned in original packaging, unopened • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer • Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of returned products
• Wines are perishable products and must be stored properly • Complaints regarding visible defects must be made upon receipt • For hidden defects, the complaint period is 30 days • We do not accept returns of opened or partially consumed products • Complaints should be sent to contact@cramadarie.ro
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to the order value • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site • We are not liable for technical errors or service interruptions • The user is responsible for the security of their account
• All copyrights to site content belong to Crama Darie • Trademarks and logos are legally protected • Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without written consent is prohibited • Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability
• These terms are governed by Romanian law • Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania • OPC Constanța and ANPC for alternative dispute resolution
