Behind every bottle are people who were there from the first day to the last.
Crama Darie is, quite literally, a family winery. Decisions about the vineyard, winery, and wines are made here, among people who actually work the vine rows, in the winemaking space, and in the relationship with customers.
In the vineyard, the day starts early. From pruning and tying to harvest, the farm team strives to bring healthy grapes to the winery, picked at the right moment, plot by plot.
In the winery, vinification means more than buttons and displays. We check fermentations, taste lots, monitor temperatures, and keep track of each tank and barrel.
Part of the team is always on the road: presentations, tastings, deliveries, events. They are the winery's voice to people discovering our wines for the first time or returning to them.
