In accordance with Romanian Consumer Rights Law (OG 34/2014, implementing EU Directive 2011/83), you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to justify your decision.
This policy is drafted in accordance with Romanian Government Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with traders, which transposes European Parliament Directive 2011/83/EU.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you took physical possession of the products, without needing to justify your withdrawal decision.
The right of withdrawal applies to products that are in original condition, unsealed and unconsumed. Bottles must be intact, with labels and seals untouched.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us through a clear statement (email or phone) about your decision. We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and inform you of the next steps.
Products must be returned in original packaging, in perfect condition, unsealed and unconsumed. You are responsible for any diminished value of products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the products.
Direct return shipping costs are borne by you, except in cases where products were delivered incorrectly or are defective.
You can cancel an order free of charge before shipping. After shipping, the standard return procedure applies. For cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at comenzi@cramadarie.ro.
We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
In case of products damaged during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the products and packaging. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
According to Art. 16 of OG 34/2014 (Romanian Consumer Rights Law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery. This includes unsealed wine bottles or bottles with damaged seals.
