Vinum Capidava S.R.L. (Crama Darie) provides delivery of products sold on shop.cramadarie.ro throughout Romania via courier services specialized in transporting alcoholic beverages. All deliveries comply with current legislation regarding the sale and transport of alcoholic products.

We deliver to all locations in Romania, including rural areas (villages and communes). For deliveries to hard-to-reach or isolated areas, we will contact you to confirm availability.
Delivery times are: Urban (major cities) 1-2 business days, Rural (villages, communes) 2-4 business days, Isolated areas 3-5 business days. Times are calculated from order confirmation and payment processing.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on: order weight and volume, delivery area (urban/rural), and selected transport method. Final shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart before checkout. Wine Club member benefits: Club Member - free standard shipping (excluding pallets), Ambassador - 3 free pallet deliveries per year.
After placing your order, you will receive: automatic email confirmation, notification when the order is picked up by the courier, tracking number (AWB), and notification on delivery day.
Delivery is made to the address specified in the order. An adult (18+) must be present to receive the package. The courier may request age verification via ID.
Deliveries are made on business days, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The courier will contact you by phone before delivery to confirm availability.
All products are carefully packaged in special protective materials for transport. Bottles are individually protected and placed in rigid boxes to prevent damage.
If you are not available at the specified address, the courier will attempt to recontact you. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned, and shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.
We recommend inspecting the package in the courier's presence. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, you have the right to refuse the package or accept it with reservations, noting the problems on the transport document.
We partner with logistics providers specialized in transporting alcoholic beverages: Ecolet for standard packages (up to 31 kg), ensuring fast delivery throughout Romania; Pallex for pallet deliveries (large orders, minimum 5 BIB units), with hydraulic lift for easy unloading.
Weight limits: standard packages maximum 31 kg (approximately 20 bottles or 3 BIBs). Orders exceeding this limit will be delivered by pallet with Pallex service. We do not deliver outside Romania. Deliveries are available only to individuals and legal entities in Romania.
