Capidava Alb 2025 takes its name from the Danube fortress and the aromatic character of Dobrogea. It is a three-variety blend — Muscat Ottonel, Fetească Regală and Chardonnay — each playing its part: Muscat Ottonel sets the floral, aromatic frame, Fetească Regală brings nerve and freshness, and Chardonnay adds body and roundness.

The grapes come from the cellar's own vineyards at Horia and are hand-picked at dawn. Vinification preserves the pure aroma of the aromatic variety and guides the wine to an off-dry (demisec) style, balanced between fruit, acidity and a discreet sweetness.

Capidava Alb 2025 and Străbun Alb 2025 are two labels of the same cuvée — one composition, two expressions. An expressive, friendly white, easy to understand and to serve.
