Crama Darie Off-Dry White Wine in BIB starts from the same white varieties vinified in stainless steel, with fermentation stopped at a point that leaves a perceptible residual sugar. The wine retains its freshness while gaining a softer texture and a rounded palate, with notes of yellow apple, peach, and white grape. Stabilization and filtration are designed for safety and consistency over time. A straightforward, clean off-dry white—ideal for parties, cold buffets, or for those who prefer a calmer, lightly sweet style.
The grapes for Crama Darie White Demi-Sec come from Chardonnay, Fetească Regală and Sauvignon Blanc parcels, vinified separately to preserve the signature character of each variety. Harvesting is done by hand, in small crates, and the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed to obtain clean musts, with an emphasis on fruit purity and freshness. The must is cold-settled, then transferred to stainless-steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation.
Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature and is stopped or cooled at the precise moment the desired balance between residual sugar and acidity is achieved for the demi-sec style. The base wines are then blended, tartaric and protein-stabilized, filtered, and packaged in Bag-in-Box format, resulting in an inviting demi-sec white—effortlessly suited to everyday enjoyment or occasions with many guests.
