WINEMAKING PROCESS

The grapes for Crama Darie Dry White are sourced from the Chardonnay, Fetească Regală and Sauvignon Blanc parcels at the Horia vineyard estate. Harvesting is carried out by hand, in small crates, with a straightforward selection at the winery intake, prioritising freshness and excellent vine health. After destemming, each lot is gently pressed, and the must is cold-settled until a clear fraction is obtained.

Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature, with selected yeasts, and is carried through to complete dryness for a crisp, vibrant style. After a brief period on fine lees, the wine is blended, tartrate- and protein-stabilised, lightly filtered, then packed in the Bag-in-Box format—ideal for everyday enjoyment and events.
