Crama Darie Vin Roze Demisec in BIB is crafted from lightly pressed red grapes, delivering a delicate hue and a fresh red-fruit profile. Cool, stainless-steel fermentation preserves clean, straightforward aromas, while stopping the fermentation at a moderate residual sugar ensures the off-dry style. Light in structure, with friendly acidity and a round, effortless palate, it stays pleasing from the first glass to the last. This is an off-dry rosé designed for relaxed drinking, larger gatherings, and moments when the wine elevates the occasion without taking center stage.
The grapes for Crama Darie Rosé Demi-Sec are hand-harvested into small crates from red-grape parcels selected for both rosé and red wine. After destemming, the must is chilled and sent straight to gentle pressing to obtain a delicately colored juice with fresh red-fruit aromas. The must is cold-settled, then transferred to stainless-steel tanks, where it ferments at low temperature with selected yeasts to preserve its vibrancy.
Fermentation is carried through to a residual sugar level that supports the demi-sec style, without tipping the wine into heaviness. After a brief rest on fine lees, the wine is stabilized, lightly filtered, and packaged in Bag-in-Box format. The result is an honest, pristine demi-sec rosé—brightly fruit-driven, easy to enjoy, and ideal for relaxed moments and events.
