Străbun Sauvignon Blanc 2025 starts from hand-picked grapes from our Horia vineyard, chilled quickly to protect the variety's primary aromas. Vinification follows the house style: a short skin-contact maceration in the press under inert gas, gentle pressing, and a slow fermentation in stainless steel with yeasts selected for aromatic expression. A dry Sauvignon Blanc from the 2025 harvest — crisp and tonic — with lemon, grapefruit, and fresh herbs, fermented at low temperature for exceptionally clean, vivid, and precise aromas. The resulting profile is clear-cut: citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green fruit, freshly cut grass, and a light mineral touch. The palate is dry and precise, with well-drawn acidity and a clean finish — a wine made to be drunk young and fresh.
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Clear, vividly bright.
Grapefruit, lemon, nettle, fresh herbs, a flinty hint. Direct, without artifice.
Fresh on the palate, slender frame. High but well-integrated acidity. Clean, saline, mineral finish.
A tonic, precise Sauvignon Blanc with citrus, herbs, and minerality. A dry gastronomic white for fish and seafood.
